Online Store Return Policy

All purchases that are postmarked within 10 days of the date you receive your order, may be sent back for an online store credit.  After 10 days, items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Any item purchased on sale, at a discounted price, or with a store credit is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If any item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving your order or it cannot be returned.

There may be a variation in color due to lighting differences, photography lenses, computer monitor resolutions and other factors. Clothing patterns and textures may vary as well. Please note that these do not qualify as defective.

We must receive all returns back to us in the same unused, unworn, unwashed, new condition. Original tags must all still be attached.

If you are exchanging, we recommend placing your order for your exchange immediately to ensure the item you are exchanging for does not sell out. Please email us at to let us know that your most recent order is an exchange and what item you are sending back to us. Once we receive your item, we will refund your original method of payment. Please note that exchanges must also be post marked within 10 days. 

Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box will make the shoes ineligible for return. In these instances, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Gift cards, home items, gift items, camisoles, slips, bralettes, intimates and sale/clearance items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

All jewelry is final sale.                           

Items returned back to us with deodorant, perfume, makeup, detergent smells or any product stains or oils will be shipped back to you and you are subject to additional shipping costs.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If any items do not meet the above requirements, we will contact you and your items will be returned to you.

Return Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please use an insured carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS).

Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your return has been received and the refund has been issued. Please note that some banking institutions take up to 10 days to refund the money to your account once we have processed it on our end.

Please note in certain circumstances, an item that is ordered may be sold out. In those rare instances, you will be notified immediately and be refunded to your original method of payment.


In Store Pick-up Return Policy

For purchases made online and picked up in store, you have 10 days from date of purchase to exchange or receive a store credit. Store credit never expires. If you would like to be able to use your credit in store AND online please contact us at so we can create your online code.
