What we collect
When you order or create an account we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address. When you contact us we keep your message so we can reply.
How we protect it
Our site runs over HTTPS. Phone numbers, addresses and messages are encrypted in our database, and passwords are stored only as one-way hashes. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
To process and deliver your order, answer your questions and send order updates. We don't sell your information. We share delivery details with our courier only so they can deliver your parcel.
Your choices
You can update your details in your account, or email [email protected] to access or delete your information.
